Yosemite in Winter

Cold. But an experience that I will never pass by over and over again. This trip is part of a bigger road trip and looking back it was insane of me, but reminds me that I’m always going to be who I am. Lots of future anecdotes and amendments to this retelling.

I left LA around 7pm on Friday and met the guys in Bakersfield. Finding them on the freeway was beautiful timing. We arrived to Stanley’s parents house in Oakhurst just after midnight.

The next morning was cloudy and rainy, but piled into my Jeep we managed to see Bridalveil Falls, Lower Falls, and check out the lodge. I found a cute couple to take photos of by Lower Falls. We ended the day back in Oakhurst and ate at China Delight.

It snowed overnight and it made for a picturesque day. After grabbing donuts from Judy’s and chattting with some older people, we ventured back into the park. No chains, no 4WD, no problem.

1/25 Burritos at Pete’s Place. Tuoloume Groves. The boys left me and I met Jay & Mal. Ate Chinese food again and stayed one more night at the K’s house.
